CNG LCV POST
OUR PRODUCT & SERVICES INTEGRATED WITH:
- Design, Detail engineering, Inspection and testing.
- Complete erection, installation and commissioning of LCV fill post at Daughter & Mother CNG stations.
- LCV filling hose (electrically conductive) with Breakaway & Quick Release Coupling (QRC).
- ½” ID LCV filling Hose with be of minimum 4.5 Mtrs. Long and have ½’’ NPTF Quick Release Coupling (QRC) Connected.
- Hose crimping with SS304/SS316 as per customer requirements.
- Filling post to be supplied with 4” Pressure Gauge for pressure monitoring of CNG & Other Instrumentation with Block and bleed valve arrangements.
- As per OISD-179 & PESO guidelines vent height maintained with at least 3.5 meters from Ground level and for operation and vent of LCV post shall be up to a maximum height of 1.8 meters.
- LCV Filling/Decanting post equipped with CNG50 Coriolis Mass flow meter (Emerson / E&H Make) as per CGD entities Demands.
- LCV post Panel with High compression rubber guards for Rain and dust protections.
- Robust painted Galvanized Iron frame / MS frame with Paint of minimum thickness of 150/300 Micron.
- In-House Hose Cutting, Ferrule & Fittings Assembly, Swaging, Spring Crimping, Hose Conductivity test & Hydro-Pneumatic test of Complete Hose Assembly as per Authorized OEM Recommendation.
